Basic Set – hand-forged knives – black and ergonomic

The “Erste Schmiede” – basic set consists of the two most popular knives of our family. The slightly smaller Ergonomic knife with an ergonomic handle and out famous Black knife. Both promise a lot of fun times in your kitchen!

In spite of the low set-price we do not compromise with the quality of the knife!

These knives are forged from the finest, rust free high carbon steel and in style of traditional blacksmithing, making them a lifelong companion in your kitchen. Once used to the shape of the knives we promise it’s addictive.

Attention: Sharp!

Our knives are delivered pre-sharpened. But you can always optimize the blade with our Favourite whetting stone.

These are hand-forged knives made from rustproof high carbon steel, but it should still be cleaned from any liquid after usage and be treated with Knife-oil regularly. This way you will have long-lasting joy with our “Erste Schmiede” knife.
