Where can I buy your products?
Most of our products can only be purchased at “Erste Schmiede”. This ensures that we can avoid any extra costs and provide you with the best prices.
Is the delivery free of charge?
We take care of shipping costs for the deliveries to Countries of the European Union.
Which payment methods are available?
We are providing the following payment methods for your order:
Invoice via Klarna, advance payment (bank), PayPal, Amazon Pay, credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, SOFORT), instant transfer.
If you prefer a different method please contact us, so we can see if that is available to us.
Is is safe to buy online?
We are using a SSL-safety protocol, which makes sure, that all transactions are encrypted. All of your personal data is 100% safe and we do not save any data coming from your credit cards.
Are you shipping to other countries?
At the moment we ship preferably to countries of the European Union, as we can provide the shipping free of charge.
On request we can ship worldwide.
Customs duty and taxes
The price for orders within the European Union already includes all occurring taxes as well as the VAT (if applicable).
This does not apply for deliveries from or into other countries (outside of the EU). We give our best effort to reducing unnecessary costs. Should you for example order a knife, that is made in Japan, to Canada, we try to ship directly from Japan.
How long is does the delivery take?
The delivery time varies depending on the country you are ordering to, as well as the ordered product. It usually takes between 3 days and 3 weeks. For example ordering to France would be quicker than ordering to Canada.
But about 95% of our orders are delivered within 14 work days.
How can in order?
If you click on the product you wish to order, you can find a button named “Add to cart".
Once you have added your product you can finish your order by clicking on the shopping cart symbol at the top right of the page.
Can I place an order for business purposes?
Sure! If you wish to order a high quantity of products, be sure to contact us for an individual offer!
Can I change my order / shipping address?
If your order has not been processed yet, then yes, it is possible. Please contact us as fast as possible by using our form at the bottom named Contact and tell us, what needs to be changed.
Can I return a product?
If you are not content with your order, you can return it 14 days after receiving it by simply contacting us. We will walk you through the process of returning the product to us and the purchase price will be reimbursed completely.
