Shipping and terms of payment

We provide free of charge shipping to countries of the European Union and Switzerland (minimum order value is 50€), if the order is below that value we charge 3,50€.

Shipping usually takes 3-15 workdays. This may vary depending on if the product is in stock or if we have to produce it first.

(IMPORTANT: Due to the current situation with Covid-19 the orders may have slight delays. We try our best to avoid that, but we have to ask for your patience should it take a little longer as usual)

NOTE: These are estimated delivery times. Erste Schmiede does not guarantee delivery dates. We will, however, always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery date.

Please double check all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order will be delayed if we have to contact you to update incorrect information.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected.

We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Erste Schmiede does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Customs & Regulations
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
