Camellia – knife-oil

To protect your blade from building up a rust film, we highly recommend treating it with camellia knife-oil regularly. It is a purely plant-based oil, which is excellent to take care of your high carbon steel knives. You can even use it on the wood handles to highlight the grain and protect is from moisture.

It is low in acid and doesn’t resinate, which makes it a food-safe oil.

Simply apply with a cloth and let it soak.
